Exquisite Stay, A True Gem!

I received an upgrade to a spacious suite upon my arrival, and the decor was AMAZING!!! The furniture featured exquisite fabrics, and the white marble hallways reminded me of a castle. Every imaginable amenity was available, including a separate shower that provided strong water pressure. The staff were very cute and helpful.

I found that the street-facing rooms can experience some noise at night, which might be disruptive for light sleepers.

a stay with some hiccups

late opening rattling door

I found the breakfast service quite disorganized. the breakfast area opened late, about 30 minutes past the stated time. it felt more like a buffet line in a cheap hotel, a far cry from what i expected. also, my room had a rattling entrance door. This was quite annoying and impacted my sleep.

the staff provided amazing italian hospitality i noticed this when they booked a dinner reservation for me i also received a complementary cake in my room for my girlfriend's birthday the rooms are great with huge showers and natural light

the entrance door rattled every time there was air circulation in the hallway it disturbed my sleep

The breakfast buffet had so many choices. It was delicious. the reception staff was super friendly and professional!!! they allowed me early check-in when my flight arrived. the hotel is gorgeous and so well kept.
